We are also an all-natural & organic brand, as a person who struggles with skin problems we inspect each ingredient to make sure that any ingredient that is in our product is safe and beneficial. Our products are handmade and woman-made, Each product is tested and formulated to perfection before it reaches our customers. Our goal is to help women and men feel confident in their skin and to know that each product there using is safe and beneficial. 

Processing on all orders time frame is 2-5 business days. Shipping time frames vary on the shipping provider the customer selects, Shipping can take up to 2-5 business days. Processing time is how long it will take us to prepare your order for shipping after it has been placed. Shipping is how long it takes the shipping provider, such as "USPS, UPS, FEDEX" to ship your order from us to your door. For any questions regarding shipments AFTER your order has been shipped please contact the shipping provider you selected at checkout. Exclusive Her Collection is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

We are sorry to hear that our products may not be the right fit for you and your skin type. We understand that not every product will work for your skin type. However, we can only offer refunds on unused, unopened products for sanitary reasons. Conditions of Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us at Support@shopexclusiveher.com or our chat box within 14 days of arrival to request your refund. The products will need to be returned back to us within these 14 days and shipping fees will be covered by the customer. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Order processing times takes 5-8 business days before shipment. Deliveries take anywhere between 2-5 business days. However, due to the USPS being backed up in some locations it is somewhat possible you may experience a delay. 

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY IS THAT? 
While some packages can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays depending on your area and the impact of COVID. If the package does not arrive by 8 business days upon ordering, contact us at contactexclusiveher@gmail.com 

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO? 
Exclusive Her Collection LLC is not responsible for any address changes. You will need to call your local post office and a redirection on your package. 

I CHANGED MY MIND.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND? 
Once your order is placed you have 48 hours to cancel your order and you will be issued a refund. Any requests to cancel orders after 48 hours will be denied. If you notice an error in your address or wish to cancel your order please email us within 48 hours of your order being placed.
