WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 
We accept PayPal, Major credit cards, and debit cards.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from the US. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
Order processing times takes 5-8 business days before shipment. Deliveries take anywhere between 2-5 business days. However, due to the USPS being backed up in some locations it is somewhat possible you may experience a delay. 

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY IS THAT? 
While some packages can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays depending on your area and the impact of COVID. If the package does not arrive by 8 business days upon ordering, contact us at contactexclusiveher@gmail.com 

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO? 
Exclusive Her Collection LLC is not responsible for any address changes. You will need to call your local post office and a redirection on your package. 

I CHANGED MY MIND.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND? 
Once your order is placed you have 48 hours to cancel your order and you will be issued a refund. Any requests to cancel orders after 48 hours will be denied. If you notice an error in your address or wish to cancel your order please email us within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Yes, our products are natural and cruelty-free. 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC? 
Yes we use organic sugars and organic oils.
