Refund Policy

We are sorry to hear that our products may not be the right fit for you and your skin type. We understand that not every product will work for your skin type. However, we can only offer refunds on unused, unopened products for sanitary reasons. Feel free to send us an email at Support@shopexclusiveher.com or chat box and we will be happy to sort out a refund.

Conditions of Returns

In order to be eligible for a refund, please contact us at Support@shopexclusiveher.com or our chat box within 14 days of arrival to request your refund. The products will need to be returned back to us within these 14 days and shipping fees will be covered by the customer. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

Faulty Products

 

In the event that the product arrives damaged, you will be required to submit photo evidence and/or ship the product back to us for inspection, within 14 days of arrival. The customer will be expected to cover the return shipping cost. Once we have inspected the product, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear in your account. You may also be offered a replacement rather than a refund.


The bases of our products are all from naturally derived ingredients. This means our products may differ slightly from batch to batch. On the rare occasion that there is an issue with the product, we are more than happy to receive any faulty products back and refund accordingly. 

Closure of Order and Customer Account

We reserve the right to decline service to customers who are verbally abusive, disrespectful, or combative toward staff.
