We ship orders Monday-Friday 

Please allow 1-8 business days for order to be processed.

Note: Confirmation emails regarding tracking information are sent after each order has been placed.

Due to high values of shipping items maybe subject to be delayed, so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience!

Once the product has been sent to the post office , it is out of Exclusive Her Collection LLC control for the responsibility for the package.  Exclusive Her Collection LLC HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE SPEED OR THE DELAY OF THE PACKAGE ONCE IT IS SENT TO THE POST OFFICE.
